The Basic Lifestyle Coaching Program

(Nutrition only) Starting at $1500


A transformational 1:1 program centered around nutritional guidance and habit pattern change in all areas of life. This program is especially designed for the person who is READY TO CHANGE and:

  • wants to learn how to have higher quality energy, reduce their fat mass, or gain lean body mass

  • desires to practice a more conscious way of eating

  • doesn't know where to start and needs a simple plan written by someone else

It's for anyone, at any age who is wanting to increase health conscious habits with knowledge and awareness.

 
 
 

Each Foundational Lifestyle Coaching Program includes:

  • Weekly 60 min check-ins with Mary

  • Individual nutrition plan based on your goals

  • Weekly dietary revisions

  • Tracking your progress and accountability

  • Bi-weekly review of progress pictures, measurements, and weight

  • Cardiovascular schedule will be suggested for optimal success

  • Text and email support as needed

  • Nutritional education unique to your goals

 

You will learn to understand the basics of your body through these additional teachings:

  • Your dominant morphic type

  • Macronutrients and micronutrients

  • Understanding food labels and using a food tracking app

  • Optimization/Personalized nutrition plans

  • Long term cardiovascular care

  • Long term digestive care

  • Longevity focus for energy metabolism

  • Nutritional testing suggestions for optimizing yourself

  • Importance of sleep and brain function

  • Long term envisioning and goal setting

The Advanced Lifestyle Coaching Program

(Nutrition, Fitness, & Bodysculpting) Starting at $2000


Including ALL aspects of the nutritional guidance program, this program is expanded to include the skillful sculpting of your physique.

An in-depth program for the lifetime recreational athlete. Designed for the person who:

  • desires to be challenged by optimize their physique AND their performance

  • desires a body composition change

  • desiring to include strength training in their schedule

 
 

Each individual weekly workout/training plan is designed to sculpt YOUR physique and includes:

  • Specific strength training workouts

  • Cardiovascular exercises

  • Stretching/mobility

  • Specific weekly dietary instructions 

  • Specific sports nutrition suggestions

  • Pre, intra/mid, and post workout suggestions 

  • Plan cycles out monthly/as needed

Additional teachings to deepen the understanding of the way your body operates:

  • Strength training vocabulary 

  • Body form and function teachings

  • Anabolic and catabolic metabolism 
    sleep cycles and performance optimization

  • Hormone testing suggestions for optimizing of longevity and growth

  • Long term goals, competitions and aesthetics

 

All coaching programs will be offered with a combination of meetings in person, zoom or phone, and online correspondence.

After submission of your application, you will schedule a 75 minute required consultation with Mary to discuss your intake, goals, and readiness for starting a program.

Consultation cost is $100 USD.

01 — Hydration

Fluid intake based on your bodily constitution and desired goals.

02 — Nutrition

Focusing on the understanding and implementation of adequate macronutrients and micronutrients, food choices, food combinations, food timing, and proper portions to help you reach your individual goals.

03 — Movement

Daily cardio schedule will be suggested for the nutrition coaching. Mandatory as part of the program.

04 — Rest

Sleep, meditation, recreational enjoyment time are all necessary for a health conscious life. 

 
 

However, each individual will have different preferences, desires, and needs for how the program unfolds. Each program is one of a kind when it comes to individualized attention to your specific energetic needs and goals. I'm not your regular bodybuilding coach. I teach people how to build healthy procreative patterns of wellbeing in their lives.

Basically, we learn to build healthy bodies through self care and consistency of our physical and mental habit patterns.
